System Replacement Warranty

Lifetime Unit Replacement Warranty with Every New Amana Complete HVAC System Replacement

Ten-Year Registered Warranty

Simply registering your new equipment on the manufacturer's website after installation extends the standard five-year manufacturer's warranty to ten years. 

All new equipment is registered by Texan Mechanical AC & Heating within 60 Days of installation. A warranty registration certificate will be emailed and mailed to the property address once registered with the manufacturer.

Your registration enforces your warranty coverage and will keep you up to date on product information and offers. Routine maintenance is required to maintain the ten-year parts warranty on your system. Please see the manufacturer's Limited Liability Certificate for excluded parts and repairs. 

Commerical Warranty

All equipment installed in a commercial property comes with a standard five-year warranty.

Repair Warranty

All part replacements completed by Texan Mechanical AC & Heating come with a one-year parts warranty.

Labor Warranties

New System Replacement

Non-Member/Silver Member

All new system replacements come with a one-year labor warranty provided by Texan Mechanical AC & Heating. 

Platinum/Gold/Diamond Member 

All new system replacements come with a two-year labor warranty provided by Texan Mechanical AC & Heating. 

Repair Warranty

All repairs completed by Texan Mechanical AC & Heating come with a one-year labor warranty. We provide extended labor warranty for our platinum and gold customers.

Texan Mechanical AC & Heating does not warranty against lack of maintenance or drain line issues. The customer is required to perform routine maintenance on the system, change filters regularly, and maintain the health of the system; otherwise the warranty will be null and void.
